01Not for Emergency Medical Care

Soefer is not an emergency medical service and must not be used for urgent medical emergencies.

If you or someone in your care is experiencing severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, acute trauma, profuse bleeding, symptoms of stroke, suspected poisoning, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, or an obstetric emergency, immediately call 112 or 108, or proceed directly to the nearest hospital casualty or emergency department.

Never book or wait for an outpatient queue token when urgent or emergency medical evaluation is needed.

02No Medical Advice or Clinical Practice

Soefer provides outpatient scheduling, sequential queue management, and clinic coordination software. Soefer does not employ doctors, operate hospitals, practice medicine, or provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, triage assessments, or treatment plans.

No feature, content, estimate, or notification provided by Soefer constitutes medical advice. All healthcare evaluations and treatment decisions must be made directly with an appropriately qualified, registered medical practitioner.

03Independent Doctor–Patient Relationship

All consultations, clinical examinations, diagnoses, and prescriptions take place in-person directly between the consulting doctor and the patient at the clinic.

Doctors practicing on the platform are autonomous practitioners solely responsible for their clinical judgments, treatment plans, and professional conduct in accordance with the National Medical Commission (NMC) regulations.

04Queue Estimates & Dynamic Clinic Pace

Estimated consultation times, wait durations, and queue counts displayed on Soefer are mathematical approximations generated from current clinic pace.

Outpatient clinical practice is subject to unpredictable medical requirements, such as urgent examinations, trauma cases, or elderly patient needs. Soefer does not guarantee an exact consultation time or a zero-wait visit.
